Our quality control consists of several stages:
Products is made from high quality resin. We have close cooperation with raw material suppliers, who are manufacturing high quality PET flakes and PP granules for more than 15 years, suitable for food packaging. Our operators test every 4th coil in our own laboratory, based near production line. We have proper tools to test all specifications. Every coil has the unique identification number for future quality analysis - this way we can monitor, when rolls were made, what was exact specification etc. We are focusing on individual client needs. Our operators are continuously working on know-how and new technologies to make more efficient production. We are working with international well respected transportation companies in order to deliver our production in time. Pallets are sent well wrapped with edge protections, labeled with storage information and other security precautions. Our products are manufactured under a management system conforming to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
